The result was a little funny because I took the Telenovela conversation and put it in my own mouth using just a photo. The lip movements are perfect, and strangely even the eyes looked slightly different and much more radiant. If I were Jason Momoa, I would definitely be into that new version of me. ElevenLabs AI Voice Cloning

For AI voice cloning with ElevenLabs you have two options. The first is the Instant Voice Clone, which works from just a 10-second audio snippet, takes about 2 minutes, and is available on the Starter plan. The second is the Professional Voice Clone, which creates a much more realistic replica but requires a 30-minute recording and takes about 5 minutes to process. Frankly I did not have time to record 30 minutes next to my office colleagues, so I only tested the Instant Voice Cloner.

The result was decent given how little information the ElevenLabs AI voice generator had to work with. Honestly though, I am not sure it fully created my voice. It felt more like it matched me to a similar voice from within its huge voice library. Not bad, but the Professional Clone is probably where the real magic happens.
