Events for AI Companies in Berlin

SCALABLE COMMUNITY EVENTS
I create unique, scalable community event concepts that help AI companies bring people together, build their communities and create experiences worth talking about.
From the initial idea to the first live event, I develop and execute the concept for you in Berlin. Afterwards, I turn it into a detailed roadmap and playbook that your team can use to bring the format to cities around the world.
The goal isn't to create another corporate event or disguised sales pitch. The best community events give people something they genuinely want to show up for: entertainment, education, interesting conversations and the chance to connect with other people.
What I can create for your company
- Event goals and target audience
- Creative concept, format and event name
- Budget framework
- Timeline and project planning
- Venue research, viewings and booking
- Talent, hosts, speakers or entertainers
- Agenda and run of show
- Promotion strategy
- Hands-on execution of the first event
- A scalable playbook and roadmap so teams in other cities can reproduce the format
THE SCALABLE MODEL
I build it once. You scale it everywhere.
We create and test the concept together in Berlin. I take care of developing the event and bringing the first version to life. Once the event has happened, I turn the concept into a detailed roadmap for your community ambassadors worldwide.
This can include everything they need to reproduce the format in other cities: the event concept, goals, format, timelines, budgets, venue requirements, talent requirements, promotion strategy, agenda, and execution steps.
Instead of starting from zero every time, your teams have a proven framework they can adapt to their local community.

COMMUNITY EVENTS DON'T HAVE TO FEEL LIKE MARKETING
People can tell when they're walking into a sales event.
The strongest community events are not built around "How do we talk about our product for three hours?" They're built around a simple question: What would make people genuinely want to spend their evening with us?
That might be comedy. Education. Conversations. Entertainment. Coworking. Or something completely different.
Your product doesn't necessarily have to be the main act. The right event can create a positive association with your brand simply by bringing the right people together and giving them a genuinely good experience.

EXAMPLE: ALL JOKES A SLIDE FOR GAMMA
All Jokes A Slide is a stand-up comedy night I created together with Gamma, the AI presentation tool. There’s one rule for the comedians: every set has to be presented with slides made in Gamma, and the sillier the slides, the better.
The first edition took place on 13 October 2026 at Mokka Milch in Berlin, with the theme “If Comedians Ruled The World”. Brendan Hickey from Epic Comedy Showcase hosted the evening and brought in the line-up of local comedians. Entry was free thanks to Gamma, and the first guests through the door got a Gamma tote bag.
Around 60 people came, and most of them weren’t from the AI scene at all. They showed up for a good comedy night and spent the whole evening watching Gamma slides on a big screen. By the end, people were already asking when the next show would be.
I took care of the concept and name, the venue deal, the host, the promotion and the run of show on the night. All sets were recorded so Gamma can share them on their own channels afterwards.Gamma has already confirmed a second edition for January 2027, and the format is built so it can be repeated in other cities too.
WHY THIS IS MY IKIGAI
For ten years, I worked in event management. I spent six years at Alte Feuerwache Mannheim, organising concerts and events for up to 1,400 people, before moving to Kunsthalle Mannheim, where I worked on everything from exhibition openings and talks to the Long Night of Museums and special events.
After a few years working in marketing, I eventually found my way into AI.
I spent the last three years testing and reviewing AI tools. And when AI was still new and there weren't many people around me to talk to about it, I created my own community: the
AI Enthusiasts Berlin Meetup. We met every month for two years simply to talk about AI. Because it was so new and I couldn't find people to talk about it, I just created the kind of space I was looking for myself.
What I heard most often was that I made people feel welcome. I also naturally started connecting people with each other. The meetup eventually became a living and breathing community until it had fulfilled its mission for me and I passed it on. To this day, the WhatsApp group is still active, and some of the regular members and I still meet for coworking days.
Building this community made me realise how much I missed bringing people together - connecting people, organising events and creating something away from a computer screen.
So now I'm combining the things I'm good at and spent years doing: AI, events, creative concepts and community building.

LETS CREATE SOMETHING PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT TO ATTEND
If you’re an AI company looking to grow your community through events, I’d love to help you find the right concept.
Maybe you already have an event idea. Maybe you have a goal but no idea yet what the actual event should look like. Either way, let’s talk.
Tell me what your company is trying to achieve and who you want to bring together. I’ll help you figure out what kind of event would get them excited to show up. And if it works, we can build the roadmap to take it to other cities.
LILI’S COMMUNITY EVENTS FAQ
How does your community event process work?
We start with a discovery call to talk about your company, your goals and the community you want to reach.
From there, I develop one or more event concepts based on your community goals and present them to you. Once we've decided on a direction, we agree on the budget and approve the roadmap.I then develop and organise the event, from the creative concept and venue to talent, promotion and execution. The first event can take place in Berlin, Austin or another location we agree on.
After the first event, you can optionally book a detailed roadmap and playbook to help your team reproduce the format in other cities.
How long does it take to launch an community event?
That depends on the format and complexity.
As a general guideline:Smaller or simpler events: around 4–6 weeks
More complex events involving venues, talent and promotion: around 6–12 weeks
Larger or unusual productions: from around 3 months
If you need something to happen faster, feel free to reach out anyway. If I have availability and the event is manageable in scope, I may be able to work on a shorter timeline.
What does your community event service include?
Depending on the project, I can take care of:
- Creative event concept and format
- Event name and goals
- Target audience
- Agenda and run of show
- Venue research vetting, viewings and booking
- Talent, host, speaker or entertainer research and booking
- Event marketing and promotion strategy
- Timeline and project management
- Hands-on execution of the first event
My fee covers my work on the project. Event expenses such as the venue, talent, catering, production and advertising budget are paid separately by the client. A detailed roadmap and playbook for scaling the event internationally can also be booked as an additional service.
Do you only provide community events for AI companies?
I specialise in community events for AI companies because I know the industry, the products and the communities around it. I bring my own crowd to AI events, but I'm also open to working with technology companies, startups and other brands where the creative challenge feel like a good fit.
Do you only do community events in Berlin?
Berlin is my main base, but I'm happy to work on community events and projects in other locations. I can also organise events in Austin, Texas while I'm there. For projects in other cities or countries, I'm open to travelling for a limited period if the client covers the travel costs. The idea is not limited by geography.
Do you only organise in-person events?
My focus is on in-person events because I believe there is something valuable about getting people away from their screens and into the same room. The format can range from a small recurring meetup to a one-off flagship event. What matters is creating an experience that fits your community and gives people a real reason to show up. That can become part of a broader event marketing strategy, rather than simply being another corporate event.
Can you help us scale our community events to other cities?
Yes. This is one of the main reasons I structure my community event service the way I do. After creating and testing the first event, I can develop a detailed roadmap and playbook for your community ambassadors or local teams. This can include the concept, goals, format, timelines, budget framework, venue requirements, talent requirements, promotion strategy, agenda and execution steps. The goal is to give your teams a proven framework they can adapt locally instead of starting from zero in every city. If you want ongoing support while expanding the event format, I can also stay involved after the first event as a separate engagement.
Can you help promote the event? Yes. Promotion is an important part of any community event strategy. I can develop the promotion plan, help run ads and promote the event through my own channels. However, attendance also depends on factors such as the event format, the audience, the marketing budget, your existing reach and the local community. I can help create the right strategy and get the event in front of the right people, but I don't promise a specific number of attendees.
