Prezent Review – Finally, a Presentation Tool That Adapts to Your Audience

Oh wow, I think I found a dime! Prezent is finally raising the bar for presentation AI. Even though it’s not really made for our usual crowd of small and medium businesses (Prezent is definitely focused on big companies), I still wanted to talk about them here. They stand out because they look at presentations from the viewer’s side, not just the person making the slides. \### Prezent Review: The Fingerprint Feature One thing that really makes Prezent different is their fingerprint feature. When someone joins a company, they answer a quick quiz about how they like to see slides. This means presenters can pick the right audience, and everyone gets slides shown in the way they prefer. I think this is a really smart idea and something I haven’t seen before. \### Storyline and Main Points Another thing I appreciate about Prezent is the Storyline feature. It lets you pick from different story structures that are already proven to work. You can also see all the main points of your presentation at a glance, which makes it much easier to organize your thoughts. \### Prezent Review: AI Capabilities The AI in Prezent is also pretty strong. You can give it a prompt, and it will build out a full presentation for you with a lot of detail. Best features: Fingerprint (see design) and Storyline. Storyline lets you pick from different story structures that work well. In short, Prezent is doing something new by focusing on the audience’s experience, and their features make it easy to build presentations that really connect.
