PresentationsAI Review – Still Lags Behind in Design

Still Underwhelming I just tried PresentationsAI again, and honestly, my thoughts haven’t changed since my last test a few months ago. The AI can write text for your slides pretty well, but the design side is still not great. The slides look plain and simple, especially if you compare them to what you get with Gamma or Prezi. There are only 13 templates to pick from, and the AI-generated slides often end up looking boring, with hardly any images or graphics. \### Slide Creation in PresentationsAI Review When you start a new deck, PresentationsAI asks how many slides you want. The strange thing is, you can’t go below 10 slides. Sometimes, I just want a short, focused presentation, so this feels like too much. Less can be more, and I wish there was more flexibility here. \### Tone of Voice and Free Access One thing I do appreciate is that PresentationsAI asks you about the tone of voice for your presentation. That’s a nice touch and makes it feel a bit more personal. But honestly, the best thing about PresentationsAI right now is that it’s free to use. That’s not really a feature, but it’s a big plus if you just want to try it out. \### AI Features in PresentationsAI Review The AI can make a presentation from a simple prompt, but the content is pretty basic. If you need something quick and don’t care much about how it looks, PresentationsAI might work for you. But if you want your slides to stand out, you’ll probably be disappointed.
