Pictory Review – Great for Subtitles, But Some Glitches

Lili's Honest and Unbiased Review

I've been following Pictory since almost the very beginning, and I've used it a lot for editing videos for social media. I still enjoy using it, but lately, I feel like Veed.io has made more progress with their updates and features. There are still a few small technical issues with Pictory that don’t mess up your final video, but they can be a bit annoying while you’re working. ### Pictory Review: Stock Library and Subtitles One thing I really like about Pictory is the huge free stock library. It makes finding the right clips and images super easy. Also, when it comes to automatic subtitles, Pictory is still my top choice. The subtitles are quick and usually very accurate, which saves me a lot of time. ### Pictory Review: User Experience and Glitches Even though I use Pictory a lot, I have noticed some small glitches here and there. These don’t ruin your video, but they can slow you down or make the editing process less smooth. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something I hope they fix soon. ### Switching to Veed.io More Often Recently, I’ve found myself using Veed.io more for editing. I think it’s because they keep adding new features and improving the platform. Pictory is still a really good tool, especially for subtitles and stock footage, but I’m starting to use Veed.io more often for my projects. Overall, Pictory is still a strong choice for video editing, especially if you need a big stock library and easy subtitles. But for now, I’m spending more time editing with Veed.io.
