HeyRosie Review – Impressive AI Voice, Mixed Accuracy

This virtual assistant is not like the other tools I’ve tried. Instead of just chatting or answering emails, it actually picks up your business calls. The voice and answers are all powered by AI, which is pretty cool.

Setting Up HeyRosie Review

To get started, I had to give HeyRosie either my Google Business Profile link or my website. After that, it pulled all the information it needed from there to answer calls for me. I could also add a few extra details, like what hours my business is open or extra questions I wanted Rosie to ask callers.

Testing the AI Voice

One thing I really liked was that you can actually call Rosie yourself to see how she handles things. I was surprised by how natural the AI voice sounded. There’s even a bit of background noise, just like you’d hear in a real call center. Rosie also stopped talking right away if I interrupted, which made the whole thing feel more real.

How Well Does HeyRosie Work?

I tried to make things tough for Rosie by asking for very specific details from my website. She got about half of them right, which is not perfect, but still pretty good for an AI. I liked that I could get notifications by email or SMS whenever a call came in. Plus, I could set up special questions for Rosie to ask the caller.

Final Thoughts on HeyRosie Review

HeyRosie feels like a big step forward for small businesses that want help with calls. It’s easy to set up, and the AI voice is much better than I expected. While it doesn’t get everything right, it’s already very helpful and will probably get even better over time.
