What annoys me about Gemini is that it still often says things like, “I’m just an LLM, I can’t help with that.” Just today, I tried the image generator, and instead of making an image, it just repeated my prompt. That’s why I gave it a lower score for prompt coherence. \### Nano Banana Integration in the Gemini Review Even though Gemini isn’t my top pick, the free image generator Nano Banana (which used to be called Gemini 2.5 Flash) made things better for me. This tool can do some wild things, like changing the angle in a photo you upload or blending two pictures together really well. In my Gemini Review, I found this feature to be a real highlight. \### Video Generator Standouts in the Gemini Review Google’s video generator, Veo 3, is also really strong. Just a heads up: you can use the Nano Banana version for free on gemini.google.com, but the video generators are always paid. This is something I mention in my Gemini Review because it’s good to know before you start.
