Hubspot Review – Sticking With Familiar, Even If It Feels Outdated

If you are already using Hubspot and paying for it, the older look of the interface probably isn’t enough to make you switch to something newer and prettier. Sure, there are tools out there with a more modern design, but if you’re settled in and things are working, it’s hard to justify the hassle of moving everything over. I know the old UI can feel a bit clunky at times, but once you get used to it, it’s not so bad. Plus, you’ve already invested time and money into learning how Hubspot works, so starting from scratch with another tool doesn’t sound very appealing. \### Getting Used to the Hubspot (CRM) Experience When you first start with Hubspot, the interface might seem a little outdated, but after a while, it becomes familiar. You know where everything is, and you can get things done without thinking too much about it. That’s a big reason why people stick with it. In my own Hubspot (CRM) Review, I found that the comfort of knowing the system outweighs the urge to try something just because it looks nicer. \### Why Change When It Works? Switching to a new tool just for a fresh look can be more trouble than it’s worth. You’d have to move all your data, learn a new system, and maybe even pay more. If Hubspot is already doing the job, it makes sense to keep using it.
