IEvent Scheduling Made Easy – Google Workspace Review

The event scheduling feature was a nice surprise. I sent myself a pretend email about a meeting, and right at the top, Gemini gave me a button to create the event. It pulled in all the details—time, date, and location—without me having to type anything. It was quick and saved me a lot of time.

Content Creation Workflow – Not So Simple

When I tried to check out the content creation workflow, I hit a wall. Turns out, you need to pay extra for this—it’s only in the Business Standard+ plan. Because of this, I couldn’t try out a few other things either, like advanced smart scheduling, Smart Reply in Calendar, or meeting transcriptions and recordings. That was a bit disappointing.

Is It Worth It? – Google Workspace Review

Would I pay for Google Workspace just for these AI features? Honestly, no. But if you’re already using Google Workspace, it would be a waste not to take advantage of them. They make things easier and you don’t have to do anything special to use them.
